What data I process and why

When you write to me through the contact form or on WhatsApp, I process your name and contact details to reply to your request and, where appropriate, to arrange an appointment. The “Subject” field is optional: you can leave it blank or describe it in general terms, with no need to give any details about your health.

If you accept analytics or third-party cookies in this website's banner, I also process browsing data for that purpose. You'll find the details in the cookie policy.

Legal basis

The processing of your contact details is based on your consent when you send the form (art. 6.1.a GDPR). The processing linked to non-essential cookies is also based on your consent, freely given or withdrawn in the banner.

If you include health data

Health data is a special category of data (art. 9 GDPR). The form does not ask for it: if you choose to include it in the subject or the message anyway, I process it solely to deal with your request and with your explicit consent, which is requested through a checkbox that is never ticked in advance.

How long I keep data

I keep contact details for as long as the relationship with the user lasts and, after that, for the time needed to meet legal obligations. Specific period: pending: to be confirmed with the owner.

Recipients

I do not pass your data on to third parties unless required by law. This website is hosted on Cloudflare, which acts as data processor for the technical hosting. Other providers (email, calendar, analytics) will be added here as they are brought in: pending: list to be finalised.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to the controller's address (pending: controller's contact address), enclosing a copy of a document that proves your identity. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe I have not handled your request properly.

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy to adapt it to changes in the law or in how the website works. The date of the last review always appears at the bottom of this page.
